Is Ann “A.C.” Crispin perpetuating and assisting Disney with the theft and exploitation of another’s creative work? Pirates Of The Caribbean: Price Of Freedom . . . Infringement?
Accourding to Royce MathewAnn “A.C.” Crispin’s Pirates Of The Caribbean: Price Of Freedom may be infringing on his characters and fictional inventions (such as the eccentric pirate and the pirate ship the Black Pearl) to create a back story for them.
Royce Mathew has sued Disney twice and continues to wait for his day in court. He continues to speak at conventions/college is currently in the process of creating a documentary.
Royce Mathew asserts that Ann “A.C.” Crispin’s involvement in the book deal for Pirates Of The Caribbean: Price Of FreedomAnn “A.C.” Crispin’s may both be perpetuating and assisting Disney with the theft and exploitation of his creative works.
