“Writer Beware (singular, btw) believes the motivating force behind this hate site [The Write Agenda] is a scammer who had his defamation lawsuit against Writer Beware dismissed a couple years ago. In his dismissal decision, Massachusetts Judge Thomas Connelly openly said that this individual and his companies were committing ‘fraud.’ They’re currently under investigation and facing a civil suit from the Florida Attorney General’s Office for fraud and conspiracy to commit same. Hate sites like The Write Agenda aren’t pretty, but until people will put their names and their “evidence” (as if they had any for their claim that I and my books are “anti semitic” –!! (Let’s not get into the accusation of plagiarism…) up on their site for all to see, they will (rightfully) be dismissed for what they are…scammers who are mad that they got called on their nefarious activities.. [sic]“
Ann “A.C.” Crispin
The Write Agenda has answered this question before. We are not affiliated with the individual that “had his defamation lawsuit against Writer Beware dismissed a couple years ago.” Also, we are neither engaged in the commission of any “fraud, ”  nor  are we “currently under investigation and facing a civil suit from the Florida Attorney General’s Office for fraud and conspiracy . . . . ”  or are we the subject(s) of any investigation. This is just a true testament of how you and Victoria Strauss roll. Neither of you can answer questions straight up and when you are called to task you cloud the issues and fabricate stories. The small piece of real estate in the publishing community that you’ve held on to is eroding; this will continue to haunt you and piss you off.  The Crispin & Strauss Empire is on the verge of collapse and that just makes you mad.
We have never claimed that Ann “A.C.” Crispin or her books are “anti semitic.” N-e-v-e-r. We did post a commentary in response to her hate speech regarding Strategic Book Group’s CEO, Robert Fletcher. Ann “A.C.” Crispin  did misuse a Hebrew/Jewish word (“Mitzvah”) and basically claimed that her vengeful activities against Mr. Fletcher  were in essence a commandment from G-d.  Yes! A commandment from G-d! It’s also interesting to note that “mitzvah” also has a secondary meaning: to express an act of human kindness. When you read commentary like this from Ann “A.C.” Crispin, that are lies and fabrications, it’s difficult to locate one single kind bone in her body. There were several rabbinical replies to her “mitzvah” posting and it was demonstrated how “disconnected” Ann “A.C.” Crispin really is. So, if you are looking for a posting wherein we claimed that Ann “A.C.” Crispin or her books are “anti semitic” you won’t find one; it doesn’t exist, it has never existed and it’s just another lie by Ann “A.C.” Crispin. To read the actual posting from February 28, 2011, please see: Commentary: Ann “A.C.” Crispin’s Mitzvah. (NOTE: Robert Fletcher has sued Ann “A.C.” Crispin and Victoria Strauss.)
Another fabrication by Ann “A.C.” Crispin is her implication that we accused her of plagiarism. We have not. However,  we did question whether Ann “A.C.” Crispin’s involvement in the book deal for Pirates Of The Caribbean: Price Of Freedom, may both be perpetuating and assisting Disney with the theft and exploitation of Royce Mathew’s creative works (Click here). Mr. Mathew recently took issue with Ann “A.C.” Crispin. This is far from accusing Ann “A.C.” Crispin of plagiarism. Again, this is another lie and fabrication from the true Mistress of Hate herself, Ann “A.C.” Crispin. Just like the example above, if you are looking for a posting wherein we accused Ann “A.C.” Crispin of plagiarism, you won’t find one; it doesn’t exist, it has never existed and it’s just another lie by Ann “A.C.” Crispin. To read the actual postings please go to the following links:
As it is stated in our “About” section:
“We are a group of individuals, writers, want-to-be authors and inquisitive wordsmiths that have become “literally” numb from reading the numerous author help related blog posts. Many of  these postings are subjective and do not offer any substantial documentation regarding purported claims regarding publishers and other industry professionals. In addition, many of these sites have become nothing more than complaint boards that disseminate speculative claims without any substantiation.  We do not discount the validity of some claims made. However, we want to question both sides of an issue and to assist other authors in making informed decisions. If a fact is proven true we’ll support it. If a claim is twisted, slanted, incomplete, not updated (retracted) or smells like innuendo . . . we’ll challenge it.”
So, Ann “A.C” Crispin, get it right. Yes, there are actually people that have not been in lawsuits with you that actually challenge you and  your nefarious counterpart, Victoria Strauss. Since you did bring the question of “evidence” up, how can you and Victoria Strauss stand on your laurels and just state that “American Book Publishing has been the subject of at least one police investigation”? Where is your evidence? We have proven that this is a lie that continues to be perpetuated by you and Victoria Strauss (Click here). We have yet to be “called on [for any] nefarious activities.” Until you and Victoria Strauss come clean regarding your “nefarious activities” we will continue to challenge you both to tell the truth.
We look forward to seeing you soon in Reno, NV . . . you may not recognize us . . .  but, of course you wouldn’t recognize the anonymous Miss Snark either . . .  would you?

“It amazes me that PA is still managing to get newbie writers to swallow their own vile brand of Kool-Ade. I just hope that someday they’ll go out of business, or be taken down by the authorities.” (August 1, 2011, P.N. Elrod’s Facebook Page.)
“Maybe PA will manage to piss off Al Queda or the Moonies or L. Ron Hubbard’s scions. We can only hope.” (August 1, 2011, P.N. Elrod’s Facebook Page.)
